20世纪70年代以来,通过组织科技攻关和新技术试验,取得了一系列重大技术成果,发展了一整套适合四川盆地碳酸盐岩裂缝性气藏地质特点的天然气配套钻井技术;全面开展了以提高机械钻速为中心的钻井新技术配套攻关试验和推广应用,深井钻井速度不断提高。然而,深井钻井速度低、成本高的问题仍严重制约着川渝气田天然气勘探开发的快速发展。20世纪90年代末以来,企业深化改革和油气勘探开发的发展,推动四川盆地深井钻井技术进入了快速发展的新时期,在欠平衡钻井、气体钻井、水平井钻井和深井钻井提速等重大项目的科技攻关与钻井新技术及新装备的集成配套推广应用等方面,取得了一系列成果和突破。针对川渝地区复杂地质条件和油气勘探开发的要求,提出应继续开展对井漏、高含硫气井钻井完井、深井固井等技术研究。加强高端钻井装备与工具的引进和配套开发,不断发展四川气井井控技术,以满足川渝气田地区深井钻井日益复杂的井控技术要求。

Abstract:

Since the 1970s, a series of natural gas drilling techniques adapt for carbonate fracture gas reservoirs have been achieved after research studies and pilot tests in many fields. With these practical techniques, ROP of drilling deep wells has been enhanced to a high level. Since natural gas exploration and exploitation has been always restricted by the low ROP and high cost of drilling deep wells in the Sichuan basin, many new drilling equipments and technology have been studied and promoted to apply in fields including the underbalanced drilling, gas drilling, horizontal drilling, and ROP enhancement drilling deep wells, etc. In order to meet the requirement for complex geological conditions and oil and gas exploration and exploitation in Sichuan and Chongqing area, this paper suggests that more advanced drilling equipments should be introduced from abroad to help investigate indepth into some technologies including countermeasures for circulation loss, highsulfur gas drilling, and cementing in drilling deep wells, especially well controlling techniques in the Sichuan basin.
